Keys' helps organizations detect the potential for violence, establish prevention strategies & develop effective plans for dealing with a violent incident crisis and much more.   • Assessment Training - Assessment of potentially violent students who exhibit Early Warning Signs. This training certifies individuals to use a one-page assessment tool w/nationally recognized Early Warning Signs.
  • School Violence Readiness Training - Helps schools assess their present state of readiness for a violent crisis event, & more.
  • Anger Management/De-escalation Training - The training teaches participants how to manage anger & de-escalate volatile situations.
  • Crisis Action workshop - The purpose of this workshop is to PRODUCE a Crisis Action/Response Manual for the school district & Crisis Response Checklists for each school.
  • Advocacy Services - Helps parents of children being discriminated against by school districts.
  • School Safety Site Assessment - Identify safety issues.
  • Keynote Speakers/Trainers - The Directors have spoken at conferences & conventions & are experts in school violence/safety issues.
