Dore Frances, founder of Horizon Family Solutions, LLC, has more than 21 years experience as an Independent Educational Consultant, Child Rights Advocate and Parent Coach. HFS serves families, individuals and professionals in need of expertise with at-risk teens and special education placements, as well as consultation to programs and schools.

Dore specializes in assessing and placing kids with special needs and those with behavioral, emotional, learning challenges, psychiatric, and substance abuse issues into residential therapeutic programs and schools.
