TheCIL was established to help parents prepare for conferences with their schools. We work with parents to help identify, prioritize and evaluate the goals their child needs to reach in the coming school year.

We will evaluate your child's IEP through our six step process:

  • Identify and prioritize current educational deficits.

  • Provide details and better ideas as to how your child may be educated to remediate or accomodate those deficits.

  • List necessary and worthwhile adaptations and modifications that will allow your child to achieve in the classroom.

  • Outline an evaluation plan that will detail how and how often your child's progress will be evaluated.

  • Make suggestions as to the appropriate placement (least restrictive environment) for your child's educational needs.

  • Summarize the progress that you should see in your child during the next school year.
