SPEECH PATHways is the only comprehensive pediatric speech-language pathology clinic in Carroll County, Maryland. SPEECH PATHways has been offering comprehensive speech and language services to Carroll County and the surrounding areas since 1999. As a result of the specialty services offered by SPEECH PATHways, clients travel from nearby states such as Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the Washington D.C. area to our clinic in Carroll County.

Kimberly A. Bell, M.S., CCC-SLP is the owner of SPEECH PATHways. Mrs. Bell has been a speech and language pathologist for over ten years. In addition to each having a Master of Science Degree, Mrs. Bell and her associates are licensed by the State of Maryland and have their Certificates of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She and her associates offer a wide variety of specialized pediatric programs in addition to traditional speech and language services. SPEECH PATHways therapists are trained and/or certified in many specialty treatments and techniques. SPEECH PATHways strives to be on the cutting edge of pediatric intervention.

SPEECH PATHways realizes that parent and family support is critical to a child's success, in therapy as well as in life. Pathways to Parent
Support & Training (PPST)

The SPEECH PATHways PPST group supports parents, caregivers, and teachers of children with developmental delays. We meet each month to discuss a new topic, share insights, and develop valuable skills.

AG Bell Maryland Chapter

SPEECH PATHways is proud to lead the effort to organize a Maryland chapter of the Alexander Graham Bell Association to support the advocacy of independence through listening and talking. Join us in developing an active Maryland chapter!
