I work with families to navigate through the special education process (IDEA and/or Section 504) to ensure their child receives an appropriate education that meets his/her unique needs.
I have worked with children and teens of all disabilities as well clients whose children have learning disabilities, autism, aspergers, emotional issues, at risk teens, ADHD, bipolar disorder, developmental delays, speech/language impairments, health and physical impairments … among other learning challenges.
I can provide professional guidance on teaching strategies, placement, goals, transition services, behavior support plans, evaluations as well as observing your child and providing recommendations.
