Attorney Hope Kirsch has a B.S. in Special Education from Boston University and an M.A. from New York University in Educating the Emotionally Handicapped in Special and Regular School Settings. She has thirty credits beyond her Masters Degree in educational supervision and administration. Hope was a special education teacher and school administrator for 18 years in New York City where she worked with children with severe developmental disabilities, autism, physical handicaps, learning disabilities and the severely and multiply-handicapped in a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers and hospitals in addition to schools. Hope is licensed in the following areas:

  • Special Education Public School Teacher (New York State);
  • Teacher of Health Conservation (New York City);
  • Teacher of Emotionally Handicapped (New York City);
  • Supervisor of Special Education (New York City); and
  • School Administrator / Supervisor (New York State);
  • Assistant Principal Special Education Day Schools (New York City)

Hope obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1991,a and is admitted to practice law before the federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey and Arizona.

Attorney Lori Kirsch-Goodwin obtained her Bachelors degree from Syracuse University and her J.D. from Bridgeport Law School. Lori is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey and Arizona. Lori has firsthand experience as a parent of a special needs youngster and began her practice in special education law after navigating her son's issues through the school system.
