I provice representation for students and their parents in all types of educational issues. I have experience working with autistic students, students with ADHD, dyslexia, SIED, Asperger's, and a wide variety of other learning disabilites. I successfully worked with these students as a high school teacher and administrator, and now successfully protect their legal interests. I provide assistance in the following areas:

• identification of students with learning disabilities
• development of and compliance with IEP's
• due process hearings
• expulsion proceedings
• manifestation determinations
• 504 plan issues
• appropriate assessments
